against us Chinese directly. This will lead to a black

situation in the Far East, and end in a second great

Imperialist war for which the people of the world will

suffer. Thus this question will not only affect China,

but also the whole world. We hope that all of you

ment has suppressed the revolutionary movement of us Chinese and massacred our fellow-countrymen. they have again sent a steam of troops to China with a view to suppressing our movement for independence and thus maintaining the privleges they have misappropriated. All International oppressed classes have been unified and all should rise at once in opposition. The actions of your Conservatives are not only an act of oppression to us Chinese, but will also impose a great burden on the working classes and other people of your country. We hope that all of you will make haste to raise opposition and render us assistance.
